CoreFlowAI provides web design and development services for small and medium-sized businesses. The specific scope of each project (pages, features, integrations) is defined during the discovery call and documented in the proposal sent to the client.
The deposit (50% of the total) is only charged after the client approves the design. We do not charge anything before you are satisfied with what you are getting.
All prices are agreed upon in writing in the proposal before work begins. Prices may be expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) or US dollars (USD) as specified in the proposal.
If the delivered design does not meet what was agreed upon in the discovery call and we are unable to resolve it within the second revision round, we will refund 100% of the deposit. No questions asked.

The retainer is billed automatically each month. The client may cancel at any time with 15 days' notice. Upon cancellation, the client may request an exportable copy of their website; hosting will be suspended at the end of the paid period.

CoreFlowAI does not guarantee specific business results (sales, leads, search engine rankings) from the use of the website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in question.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on the stage of your project or service engagement. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to all SMS messages sent or received. CoreFlowAI is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier related to SMS communications.
CoreFlowAI's SMS messaging service is provided on an "as is" basis. Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile carrier. CoreFlowAI does not guarantee the delivery, timeliness, or accuracy of any SMS message transmitted through third-party carrier networks. We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in SMS delivery caused by mobile network carriers or other third-party service providers.
Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our website, scheduling a call, or engaging with our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use our services or submit any personal information through our website or SMS communications. CoreFlowAI reserves the right to terminate any engagement if it is discovered that the user is under 18 years of age.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will apply to new contracts from the date of publication. For ongoing projects, the terms in effect at the time of the agreement remain applicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved in good faith between the parties. If no agreement is reached, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
